We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 15-day window from the date of receipt for you to return any unused item in its original condition. We kindly ask that you return the item in its original packaging whenever possible.


Once your returned item reaches us, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of its arrival. Following verification, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the timeframe for receiving the credited amount may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. Rest assured, you'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility. These costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the incurred shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your order was eligible for free shipping, a $5 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
